Mentor of Social Networks
The role of a Mentor of Social Networks is to reduce isolation through the development of PLAN networks. Mentors are responsible for overseeing the work of Community Connectors, the facilitators that PLAN hires to support people at risk for social isolation to meet new people and strengthen connections with their current friends. Together, we work to seek opportunities for each individual to share their capacities and gifts in the community.

Community Connector
The role of a Communtity Connector is to organize and enable a social life for someone at the center of a PLAN Network. Connecting are responsible for the ongoing formal network meetings, and fun and social outings on an ongoing regular basis for a group of people. Like to get your friends organized to get together?
