Wills, Trusts and Estates

A trust is the cornerstone of securing the future for our relatives with disabilities. Most families make a provision for a trust in their Will, but doing this correctly is critical. Our seminar aims to lift the fog off of this often-complex area of planning, with instruction from a lawyer with extensive experience in Wills and trusts, and a long-time PLAN parent. We have developed this course to answer your questions about trusts, planning your Will, and choosing an executor & guardians. By the end, you'll be ready to sit down with a lawyer to draft your Will. Register early! Registration is limited.
